淺見： In the early 1810----在1810年早期
As early as 1810-----正如1810年一樣的早
我覺得翻成中文很難理解，
英文上的意思：as（一樣）[程度副詞] +形容詞或副詞+ as(與)[連接詞]....出自新英文法--作者柯旗化 P507

印象中年代前面應該不能加定冠詞 the.....

應該說"年份"不能加the，所以在1810前面有the就有問題了
但是"年代"，像是70年代，80年代這樣，一個一個decade，就要加the
所以如果要用A選項，應該寫成In the early 1810s
表示在1810~1819這個年代的早期
不過既然題目裡1810沒有加s，那就代表1810這一年，就不能選A了
