取消我的位置嗎
還是在網路上就可以取消

you only asked you should cancel the test via phone call or internet...

you didn't say that you could not find the website...did you?

so, I told you the website stated you could cancel the test either way.

I think it will be an easy way to cancel the test via phone.

剛剛打電話去cancel toefl test
那位不是很有耐心又有點機車的小姐
要我去ets下載一個表格
並說填完表格後要用傳真或是郵寄給ets(要60天以內)
這樣我才可以退還我的65元美金
我剛去ets的網站查看
並沒有什麼refound download form
而且網站寫著
Refund Policy
A partial refund of $65 (U.S.) is available if you cancel your registration no later than three full days before your test date (not including the day of the test and the day of your request). For example, the deadline to cancel a Saturday test is Tuesday.

Refunds include taxes as applicable.

Payment by Credit Card or e-check
If you cancel your registration no later than three full days before your test date, a partial refund will be applied to your credit card or bank account.

Payments by Check
If you cancel your registration no later than three full days before your test a partial refund will be processed automatically.date,

Refunds will be in U.S. dollars. If original payment was drawn on a U.S. domestic bank, allow eight weeks after your cancellation for your refund to be processed. If original payment was made in non-U.S. funds drawn on a bank outside the U.S., allow 12 weeks for your refund to be processed

我是用信用卡付款的按照上面所說 est應該會自動退還我的65美金的費用
而沒有所謂的什麼要下載表格去fax或郵寄
請教有經驗的大大請問你們是如何處理的呢

我之前是取消GRE
然後寫了一張memo,註明你的姓名/考試號碼/考試日期,傳真到ETS,過一段時間就會退錢到你的信用卡帳單,大制是這樣,試試看吧!

信用卡是可以刷負值的
這樣就會退錢給你了
