這題也困擾我許久...

我對這題的想法是這樣的...

c無法weaken的原因在於, 就算種的人比處理的人多, 也不代表city裡面處理的人不會失業啊...

而e的意思是說,如果種crops不賺錢的話農夫就會跑到都市裡,那都市裡就一堆農夫沒工作,所以失業率會上升...

但是題目說現在是要把tariff廢除,所以農夫種crops就會賺錢...所以他們就不會跑到都市去...所以都市失業率就會降低...

呼...講完了...好累...
不知道這樣講對不對..多多指教啦!!

可是....現在有農夫及工廠兩種對象呢~ 文章是說因為工廠都在城市裡, 如果關稅去除, 會危害政府對於減少城市失業率上升的努力　(就是失業率會上升的意思)　; 那就是說　關稅去除, unprocessed cashaw nuts 會直接出口並不會給城市的工場加工所以導致失業率會上升...那答案說農夫不獲利都跑到城市裡不就失業率更嚴重 ?? 這樣這個選項不就是support 囉

我現在漸漸覺的我們對題目的認知是不同的...那如果不遷涉到出口, 為什麼會有第一句呢　?? Behemoth , in my points , this passage focus on not the question for the problem of lack / overstock but the population distribution .choice C , clearly states that it's impossible for people to remove to the urban to earn a living because more people in Kernland are engaged in farming cashews. nomater tariff be lifted or not , those farmer's lifestyle won't be affected.

我還是覺得無法weaken
題目說若關稅解除,未處理腰果便會出口,那麼就代表處理人沒工作失業率會提高,那麼c選向中所說k國勞動結構的問題我覺得對結論所說都市失業率增加這點沒有辦法weaken,因為就算農夫比處理人多,但關稅解除後未處理腰果就直接出口了,處理人仍然沒工作,所以失業率依然提昇,因此我覺得沒有weaken

再來看看e好了
e說如果農夫不賺錢的話,他們就會跑到都市去---代表此時都市失業率是增加的,因為農夫到都市後沒有工作

其實我覺得C　weaken 的感覺蠻弱的...但是　E 對我說來跟本就是支持所以　C 相對較好...因為從是　Farmer 人較多在他們獲利的情況下是不會跑來跑去的...而城市處理工廠的人較少影響並不大, 因為題目說　removing the tariff would [color=red]seriously hamper the government's effort to reduce urban unemployment over the next five years. [/color]

對呀....魚你為啥覺的 E 無關　??? 我是單純得從E敘述裡看農夫跑到城裡一樣沒工作所以失業率持序上升...阿天ㄚ...聽起來好像是　weaken 耶　!! 它是　weaken 關稅使失業率上升耶 現在不是關稅而是農夫耶 :-S 　( 之前我針對weaken失業率會不會上升) 現在...熊熊覺得....　 :-S
