雖然uniform可當名詞--制服,但在這裡應是做形容詞--相同的.一致的,才能與前面的more相配合形成比較級,
而have一般是當及物動詞,必須有受詞(通常是名詞或代名詞),但是題目中的have,之後接的都是副詞或形容詞,不能當作受詞用,
所以將have改成be動詞,複數現在式用are

個人以為,這題的陷阱在於用二個看似相近的比較級結構來混肴視聽
have genetically more uniform-->及物動詞+副詞+形容詞比較級-->X
harbor more genetic variability-->及物動詞+形容詞比較級+名詞-->O
