想請問選項C是否較佳 ? 因為實驗結果為casein, a milk protein會導致 liver cancer , 而C選項接著說明milk的來源是milk powder. (就語意上似乎比A選項通順)

他是說老鼠暴露在aflatoxin下 若餵食 casein, a milk protein
容易得liver cancer

問: 這跟milk powder有關 請指出關聯性

C說milk 裡不只有casein一種蛋白質 沒辦法把aflatoxin跟milk連在一起

A提出island的主食中有aflatoxin 因此島民喝牛粉的結果 使得肝癌機率上升
