ex:小胖只是跟外校社團聯聯誼
結果居然被選為跨校社團聯會負責人
上了雜誌賣到海外當年仰慕以久的學妹境跨海撥國際電話回國噓寒問暖還請喝史大巴克斯
在外地遊玩被認出來指指點點的感覺真是暗爽在新頭...

有低~小妹有間接認識~小妹妹一名(就是比我還小:P)
今年上Sloan~工作求學全在台灣^^
聽說過程極心酸~
申請8間~被7間拒絕~三月飛到新加坡面試Sloan~最後修成正果

我認識的這位也是工作求學全在台灣
今年九月開始唸
不過她額外有上卡麥基美隆
其實還蠻多台灣唸書工作的人上top school的阿

我大學跟他組過讀書會
政大畢業的對吧
另一位是我的一個朋友
之前在ESPN工作
他自己申請
很猛
去年11月考完T跟AT
12月把ESSAY全部寫完
而且是一邊工作喔
2位都是女生

請問各位大大

小妹資質駑鈍，MIT的Essay和Supplemental Information 題目，有兩個疑問想請教：

1.MIT4題Essay是否都需舉一兩年內發生的事？那表示家庭背景、大學、跟剛畢業時的工作經驗都不能提囉？感覺題材變得好少, 大家有什麼建議嗎？

2.有一題Supplemental Information 題目我不太懂確切意思，題目是：Special circumstances related to your academic program which you would like to mention
可以請大大解讀一下或是舉一些例子嗎，謝謝！

當然是越靠近現在越能代表你真實的狀況啦.....

其實第二題我也看不太懂,
Please tell us about a time when you went beyond what was defined, expected, established, or popular. How did others react? Describe in detail what you thought, felt, said, and did.
是說, 你超越了世俗的價值觀,
包括, what was defined,
what was expected
what was established
what was popular
四種中的任何一種呢? 還是變得 popular....
我的代辦先生跟我講後面一種, 害我有點不知所措 (我一定是中了 AT 的毒)

話說回來, 這種經驗不會鳳毛麟角啊...
假設有個狀況,
你父母都 160cm 以下, 你硬生生的給他長到了 180 cm
上面的答案就成立了....
請問你對於自己的身高"異軍突起"有啥看法呢???

我覺得題材應該不限最近的工作才對~而是要夠unique
