1.選(E)的理由何在?是因為有will表達未來式嗎?

2.a part of 跟 part of 有什麼不同?

3.as在此怎麼解釋?為何(E)的as後面沒有S+V的形式

我自己的解讀是
應該是 purchase 這個事件
而不是 950 million 是交易的部分
另一方面
it will purchase .... 所以 a deal that will make 時態上才一致
用現在式就變成已發生的事實了

所以一定要跟will purchase的時態一致
只剩下ae可選
a用which代替purchase這件事 是不行的
所以答案e
不過a part of 跟 part of 我也覺得粉迷惑說~~

剩AE，A：which指在前面的名詞“$950 millon”，句意變成“$950 million是deal的一部分”句意錯。
∴選E，E：句意是說“公司將購買color-printer division of a rival company當成deal中的一部分”
至於B，除了沒用未來式外，同位語是用修飾名詞，所以往前找出第一個名詞“$950 million”，句意也變成“$950 million是deal的一部分”，錯。
至於C，除了沒用未來式外，part of deal making …修飾$950，句意也是錯的。
至於D，用現在式，錯。

A和B是兩類不同的事物
EX：The residents of Maine were part of a widespread culture of Algonquian-speaking people.

2、A be a part of B
A和B是兩個同類的事物
EX：Taiwan is a part of China.

(這是莫北北上課說的~例子也是他舉的~大家不要想太多喔!!!)

所以這題應該"purchase the color-printing division..."整件事和 "a deal"應該要用part of
