我想主要就是你說的平衡結構有問題吧
假設法好像沒錯

(b) 的假設法是多餘的, 這題的句意似乎不需要用到假設法來表達, 而且因為假設法所帶來的 were to be detonated (被動), 也造成簡潔原則的困擾!

(b)不平衡
(c)對,因為

(b)不平衡
(c)對,因為

但是我看不出跟什麼東西不平衡？哪裡不平衡？

這題我覺得用假設語氣不太好，因為"If a nuclear weapon were to be denoted above the atomoshere"，用了"were"代表與現在事實相反，但是真的與事實相反嗎?我倒覺得有可能。
common example:1. If I were you 2.If the sun were to be rise from west，這是不爭的事實，一定不可能發生。

as for B: would not generate a blast, shock, or heat，感覺起來好像是a blast, a shock, or a heat，提出公因式"a"，變來的。但是heat 應該是不可數
; 相對的 c用了 no，管它後面是加可數還是不可數都可以用no, 所以c優於B
no=not any=not a= not an
