in spite of 可以放句首嗎?

in spite of 可以放句首嗎?
(有看到dspite放句首但很少看到in spite of 為正解的題目..)

這是我去google到網路上解釋despite和in spite of 這兩者despite比較正式，就像你說的，網路上的例子都是把in spite of 放在句子中而非句首；但我不覺得這就表示in spite of不能放句首

in spite of and despite are both prepositions. So usage requires:
- in spite of + noun
- despite + noun
Whilst despite might be thought more formal than in spite of - it is, after all, one word rather than three - there is really very little difference in usage between the two:
* 'Despite the appalling weather, they succeeded in walking to the top of Ben Nevis.'
* 'They decided to get married in spite of the huge differences in their ages.'

我找到一題裡面有提到in spite of，但根據OG的解釋，並沒有提到這句文法上的問題，說是awkward and changes the meaning of original sentence. B這個選項是錯在句意問題

其實我是忽然想到這個問題 想要問一下
最近倒是沒有遇到這種題目..

我是想起之前考AT 時
有碰到類似這種選項裡全有despite, in spite of的

但我那時分不出來題目考點...
所以懷疑是不是在考這兩個片語的用法...(喝,the truth is, maybe not...)
