答案是B，我選A.
我知道A的it有指代不清的問題，但當初看了B的which指increasing supply and lowering prices也覺得不是ETS會喜歡的句子，加上B有改變句意、被動語態之嫌，所以匆忙下就選了A。
這題在CD上A、B還沒有定論，不知大家的看法如何？有看過which類似的用法嗎？

問一下是否可以把a選項中的"improved efficiency in converting harvested trees into wood products" 看成是一件事
後面的it代這句話 這樣的想法可以嗎?
